This week I’m going to make my entire line up of plays all from a single blog post. Action starts on tonight game at Boise State and I’ve got another play for the WVU/SFU game on Friday night followed by a few good plays on Saturdays game.

Let’s get the week started right by winning tonight’s game.

SoMiss @ Boise State
One of my weaknesses in betting football is I have a lot of trouble spotting value on teams favored by 8 or more points. I’m sure over my career I’ve missed dozens of good plays because of this weakness. Tonight game is an exception as I’m finding a ton of value in Boise State -10 points tonight, I doubt this one will even be close. SoMiss don’t play well on the road; their best road performance was a win in a close game against E. Carolina. Boise State is an entirely different opponent as the crowd is much more of a factor and heck the field is not even the same color. Prediction Boise State 38 SoMiss 10.

WVU @ SFU +7 Friday Night
This is an interesting game. My gut tells me that WVU covers this game but betting with gut and not with head is usually not a good thing. This game comes down to what its been hyped up to be, a battle of WVU offense versus SFU defense. I give a slight edge to WVU in this match up but not enough to spot those 7 points on the road. If SFU holds on to the ball, no silly turnovers, and their defense performs as it usually does by forcing their opponent to make a few then SFU stands a chance to win this game outright. I’m going to wait and place this bet on Friday at BetJam. Here I’ll get the -105 base pricing and will buy a ½ point for 10 cents. Despite what my gut tells me, I got to go with SFU +7.5 -115.

I’ll come back here and edit in some reasoning but for now here are my 3 Saturday plays:

Michigan State +7½
Clemson -2½
Notre Dame +21½

I believe it would be wise to get on these three Saturday games as soon as possible because I don’t think these lines are likely to make it to game day.

Update 3:05PM on Saturday: I’m adding California +7.5 -115, This is available right now under 5 Dimes Alternate lines. +7 -110 is also available several places which I would also take if +7.5 was not available to me.

Update: 6:39 PM on Saturday: Adding Florida State -1 2nd Half. The game is tied 0-0 at the half.
