This season I’m 6-0 on posted weekday college football picks and plan to extend that streak to an impressive 7-0 with another free winning pick tonight on the Texas A&M at Miami game. Lets take a look at this game:

Texas A&M is +2 on the road against the Miami Hurricanes.

I feel certain that Texas A&M is the right side to be on in this game. Miami though does have several things going for them and here are my top 3 reason that Miami might cover here:
:
1) System Play: Backing teams that are unranked and favored over a nationally ranked opponent is historically a good move.
2) Texas A&M does not travel well against non-conference BCS schools and is 0-6 on the road since 2003 against them.
3) The Hurricanes should be able to finally put up some passing yards in this game because the Aggies do struggle against the pass.

Texas A&M counters the 3 reasons that Miami might cover quite well in:

1) System Play: Small under dogs have always been money in college ball.
2) The Hurricanes have dropped 7 of their last 8 games against nationally ranked opponents, dating back to 2005
3) The Aggies have on of the Nations top offense: they are 20 of 20 inside the redzone this year and last season lead the nation in time of possession and were second in the nation in fewest turnovers.

In its last nationally televised game the Hurricanes were embarrassed at Oklahoma in a 13-51 defeat. While I don’t expect them to get embarrassed this time at home I predict after a closely contested game in the end Miami finds Aggies offense was a bit to potent for them to handle tonight.

I’m going Texas A&M plus the two points @ -105 in this game. If it were a few more weeks into the season I’d probably consider a larger play but decided to play it a bit safer tonight. This line is available just about everywhere that offers reduced juice. I personally made my play at BetOnline.com

Note: I’m 5-5 on Saturday games but am an amazing 6-0 on weekday games so far; making my season record on posted NCAA Football plays 11-5.
